Hi everyone,
As we know that pay per click search engine marketing promotion online is one of the fastest and effective ways to reach the global market around the world. However, if you are in this search engine marketing business for a while, you will realize that there are difference points between promoting your business or B2B locally and promote it for the global market. In this post, I will share you very interesting post written by Jeff Curie. He gives you simple 3 steps to globalize your B2B search engine marketing. You will discover and learn how exactly to promote your online business to the world in order to maximize your profits globally and reach wider of potential customers around the world.
Here is his steps to globalize your B2B search engine marketing:
"Search engine marketing is a process of continual refinement — try, measure, revise, repeat. In North America, this process has been moving steadily from art to science.
But how do we adapt this process when your company wants to open the door to international searches? At 100,000 feet, it looks similar — but look closely and you’ll see there are critical differences.
1) What region do you best target?
2) What internationalization is required?
3) What search engines do you target?
As for most B2B market research, Google is a great place to start answering these questions. However, Google may not be your answer in some of the world’s fast-changing markets.
Step 1. Try Google using regionally targeted measurement campaigns. Your company may already have international infrastructure that dictates the regions you can go, but if not, devise a regional ad campaign to test where click traffic is present for your offer. For B2B you can get a good feel using English language ads, but these results may not be indicative of CTR and conversion levels for your actual campaigns. Don't be myopic about China — there are many regions in the world that may be relevant for you. There are many thriving markets in Asia, Europe and South America and their priority will change over time.
Once you have initial regional targets in your sites, you need to determine how to get a conversion rate that has the ROI you seek. Two big factors in this are local language and medium.
Step 2. Try local languages at different conversion levels. If your target region is primarily non-English, then you should assume that searchers in that region rely on their local language search engine. Does this mean you need to translate your site into a local language? Maybe not. With B2B, many professionals conduct their business in English. However, you need to try and measure. There are four progressive levels where you must test local languages or English: keyword, ad copy, landing page, full site. Try local languages and see how far down the conversion funnel you need to go with local languages to reach your ROI goal. Obviously, you will need to modify your processes to include language translation skills.
Step 3. Try regional search engines. Google is not the only answer in international search markets. In addition to Google and the Google Content Network, a number of regional search engines are growing very rapidly. Each region has different cultures and your target market may be growing on a regional engine that understands their culture. Baidu.com (China) and Naver.com (South Korea) are two strong examples. According to comScore, these engines are in the top five of the world’s search activity. Once again, your processes may need to change — the ad models and ranking criteria of regional engines are different than Google. Additionally, running ads and viewing your ads will require local language skills.
The Internet has made the whole world smaller, and now you have the ability to reach out and conduct business internationally –regardless of the size of your company. But your search engine marketing skills need to be globalized to play the game."
Final thoughts, it is a great opportunity for small or new business companies to reach wider range of potential customers around the world. However, it is difficult to serve the right offers for the global market. You need to customize your online business in corresponding with each markets in the world. Following the above steps, you are in the great position to promote your online B2B business by PPC search engine marketing and spread out your business to the world.

PPC SEM Millionaires - Discover Keyword Research Strategies for Maintaining PPC SEM Efforts!
Hi everyone,
Obviously, pay per click (PPC) search engine marketing is one of the powerful ways to earn big money on the internet. There are a lot of make money business opportunities for online entrepreneurs who are looking for how exactly to earn money online.
Today, I am going to share you an interesting article written by Eric Lander. He gives us basic keyword research strategies you must know to maintain your PPC search engine marketing efforts and money! You will discover and learn how to conduct the keyword research for your PPC search engine marketing. With that strategies, you are in the good position to conduct effectively keyword research for your PPC campaigns.
Here is his article about "Keyword Research Strategies for Maintaining SEM Efforts":
"To be successful with your search engine marketing efforts, you will need to perform keyword research. Too often though, keyword research becomes this monotonous routine that we simply fall into — and before we know it, we blindly arrive at results that we simply assume we can trust.
These results can and often will apply to organic search optimization as well as paid search marketing. In fact, many in the SEM industry could argue that using these two to compliment one another is the only approach to use.
Market Leading Sources are NOT the Same
Many believe that if you're paying for keyword data from a subscription service – it's safe, clean to use, and most importantly — accurate. The truth though, as I know it anyways, is that these services are never completely clean – and never agree on numbers.
With the holidays coming up, it seems like every big brand electronics store is pushing HDTV sets. Since I don't have one, I decided to use this as a quick case study in keyword search volume…
Let's take a glimpse of the top 5 related results from each of the major subscription services…
Wordtracker
hdtv: 1472 Count (2596 Predict)
hdtv info: 633 Count (1116 Predict)
hdtv reviews: 606 Count (1069 Predict)
hdtv review: 306 Count (540 Predict)
hdtv antenna: 288 Count (508 Predict)
Keyword Discovery
hdtv: 83,995 Searches
hdtv antenna: 11,920 Searches
hdtv tuner: 8,625 Searches
lcd hdtv: 7,547 Searches
hdtv receiver: 5,642 Searches
We could talk about what this data really means – but understanding the concepts and sources behind these systems is a daunting task. The simple point that I’m trying to make here is that while you may trust your source for keyword research – your source and other sources will always be different.
The Data Should be Changing
I'm all for the "set it and forget it" mentality. But with keyword research, it simply doesn't work that way. And if it does, you either work in an extremely stale market – or – haven’t begun researching hard enough.
I know that’s a bit of a tough sell, but every market can and should be changing on a regular basis. Because of this change, your research and resulting efforts should also be changing.
As an example, let's say you're working on automobiles. Well, manufacturers are always updating product lines, incentives, trims, options, etc. The same would apply with any area of consumer electronics too – with new models, service plans, and technologies always being released.
Merging Research with Analytics
The last important thing to remember about keyword research, is that it needs to be used in conjunction with other tools to perfect your SEM.
I always refer people to the SEOmoz page available called "How to Conduct Keyword Research". There, the SEOmoz folks point out:
"After keyword selection and implementation of targeting, analytics programs (like Indextools and ClickTracks) that measure web traffic, activity, and conversions can be used to further refine keyword selection. "
I’ve always found too, that it helps to identify classes of keywords and associate them with the conversion cycle. It becomes incredibly useful to then begin pathing visitors based on their location in that conversion cycle, and analyzing the performance on a keyword phrase level. Overall, this process has shed many holes on my SEM campaigns over the years — and with a little research — they’ve always come back to life for me."
Final thoughts, you have learnt basic of how to conduct your own keyword research. From my point of view, the above strategies are basic strategies you have to know, learn and take for your own PPC campaigns. Also, I strongly believe that WordTracker and Keyword Discovery are great keyword research tools for discovering niche long tail keywords. Nevertheless, to conduct effectively keyword research for PPC campaigns particularly in Google Adwords, I also believe that Google's keyword external tool is a great free tool for brainstorming your keyword ideas.

Hi everyone,
Today, I am going to share you a great article written by Geordie Carswell recently. The articles show you how to optimize your content network campaigns for maximizing your adwords profits. You will discover and learn 6 great tips to maximize your adwords profits by using content network feature in Google Adwords. That's a must-to-read article if you are looking for how to increase your profits by using content network.
Here is how to increase profits from content network by Geordie Carswell:
"Earlier this week Google posted possibly the most significantly detailed Inside Adwords post this year regarding "optimizing keywords" for the Content Network. They spilled way more of the beans than I could easily remember them disclosing including these tidbits which I thought deserved some disection:
1. We recommend keeping separate campaigns for advertising on content and search.
This has been debated in the past, primarily due to concern that having duplicate campaigns, one for search and one for content, could split your traffic for great keywords in two different directions, diluting the effectiveness of both campaigns.
2. Create a manageable, targeted keyword list.
Advertisers have found most success on the content network with ad groups of around 15 to 30 keywords.
This is way more keywords than I ever recommend for a search adgroup, but ok sure… This next one is a significant one:
3. Use tightly themed ad groups.
For contextual targeting, we look for pages that match most of the keywords in your ad group. For example, if your ad group has a number of keywords about lilies and tulips, we try to find pages about these two topics together. If you have an ad group with diverse keywords on different themes, it may decrease the number of pages on which your ad is likely to appear. When picking keywords, imagine what keywords would likely appear on the pages that you are trying to target, and create tightly themed ad groups around those keywords.
The first take-away from this is that the ‘theme’ counts. If your keywords could possibly be interpreted as applying to any other niche, you’re going to have to use some pretty good negatives to lower the chance of your ads ending up on irrelevant sites, or worse: not showing up at all.
Second, lots of affiliates are doing CPC site targeted campaigns now, but that last sentence shows that the technique of scraping a high-conversion organic site page for keywords and then building little adgroups around these words can allow you to site-target via normal content network bidding without being subject to the Adsense publishers crappy ad placements for Google’s Site Target text banners (the giant text ads sized the same as regular graphic banners). The more often your ads appear 'inline' on Adsense placement, the better your CTR is going to be.
4. Use duplicate keywords for appropriate ad groups.
To continue the previous example, let's say you were creating a campaign for flowers and had ad groups for lilies, roses and tulips. Unlike search, we would recommend that the general keyword flowers be included in all three ad groups to help establish a floral theme.
The instruction to use duplicate keywords confirms that the content network is now (or maybe always has been) viewed completely independently from Search. There's likely no correlation these days between keywords you use on Search and how they show up on content. It used to be that they just said CTR wasn’t factored in, from this it looks like nothing's related. Good news….lots of new things to try without worrying about an impact on Search.
5. Use ad group level URLs instead of keyword level URLs.
Because no one particular keyword is used to trigger your ads on the content network, keyword level URLs are not relevant. We recommend using ad group level URLs instead.
READ: Match type doesn't matter on content.
6. Build a comprehensive negative keyword list.
The more negative keywords you include on a particular topic, the less likely your ad is to appear on pages that match that topic. If a page is predominately about your negative keywords, while partially about your positive keywords, our system is not likely to show you on that page. If a page is principally about your positive keywords, but mentions a few negative keywords, then your ad may still appear on this page. We recommend that you include multiple negative keywords on topics you would like to avoid.
This goes back to 'themeing'. At the end of the day, they look at the ‘theme’ of your adgroup (as mentioned in the original post, but not here) and the ‘theme’ of the content page. This can make getting relevant placement difficult if your adgroup/keywords are hyper-specific, like variants of a particular theme.
Overall, it's great that Google has shared this much info about how the content network really works. Obviously they're trying to help advertisers improve their ROI on content as the large majority of Adwords advertisers turn the network off entirely. The real winners from all this extra detail though could be the affiliates:)"
Final thoughts, I believe that if you take the above tips to optimize your content network campaigns in Google Adwords, you are in the good position to increase your profits. That's great for all PPC advertisers who are looking for an alternative to earn big money rather than search campaigns.

PPC Search Engine Marketing Millionaires - What is the Keyword Flipping in Google Adwords?
Hi everyone,
For PPC Affiliates who are advertising the affiliate products with PPC search engines particularly in Google Adwords, the post today is very interesting and will help you to increase your CTR dramatically. Today, I am going to share you an interesting article related to "Keyword Flipping" concept. It is all about how to increase your CTR with the highly targeted and converted keywords. From my perspective, it is a great basic tip you have to know and learn. You will discover what the keyword flipping is and how it works in this post.
Here is the article written from Earnersblog.com:
"What is Keyword Flipping?
Keyword Flipping is perfect for Affiliate Marketers & also people running Multiple PPC campaigns at once. It allows you to set up Campaigns quicker, analyse your results quicker then make the necessary optmisation tweaks to increase your CTR once you know what’s already working. This technique saves you time, lots of time.
Overview
As the Affiliate Marketing space becomes more & more saturated it’s important to test as many different offers (with multiple variables) as we can. Naturally it can be a time consuming process setting up very very targeted PPC campaigns without first knowing which keywords are going to perform best for us in the long run. Keyword Flipping basically allows you to test lots of targeted keywords at once then pick the initial performers out & create a more targeted adgroup. Thus further increasing the CTR & reducing the cost we pay per click.
Theory
It’s important to understand the Adwords Bidding Formula to really see why having a higher CTR & keeping things targeted is important:
Ad Score = CTR x Max Bid
Therefore if my overall CTR is 10% & I’m bidding 1 Dollar then my Ad Score is 10. However, if someone else has a CTR of 20% & they’re bidding $0.75 then their Ad Score is 15 therefore outranking my ad (even though they’re bidding less).
This is why people generally bid higher to start, get a decent CTR & tweak adcopy then reduce the bid whilst monitoring position & CTR to get more value per click.
Our aim is to get the highest possible CTR on the ads that are working for us. This allows us to attain this best possible return on our advertising spend. We could make very targeted adgroups & ads for each individual keyword but this takes up time & less time means we can test less offers.
How it Works
When you're setting up a brand new campaign for a specific offer try to theme your keywords & put them in groups. Let say for example that we're talking about Web Hosting. You might choose the following keywords:
- Cheap Web Hosting
- Affordable Web Hosting
- Discount Web Hosting
- Low Cost Web Hosting
- Web Hosting Coupons
- Cheapest Web Hosting
- Lowest Priced Web Hosting
- Cheap Web Hosts
In this group these keywords are themed by price. They all relate to one another fairly well so I can get away with either using Google's Dynamic Keyword Insertion or Just creating some generic Low Cost Adcopy for them, then I'll bid to position 4 or Above.

I'll normally let the ads then run for around 24-48 hours. Once that period has elapsed I'll go back to the group & check the stats. You will soon be able to see which ads are getting a good number of impressions & clicks. It's also important to track the conversions on a keyword level, otherwise you won’t know which keywords are converting.
Flipping the keyword now involves grabbing the best performers & creating their own highly targeted adgroup (those that are converting & getting a decent amount of impressions). Say for example that Cheap Web Hosting had the highest CTR of about 8% & converted at 4%. We can then create a new adgroup called "Cheap Web Hosting" that contains that keyword only. We now create a much more targeted ad, such as:

You can see how we use the keyword in the Adcopy 3 times now. As people search for the keyword it highlights the text, thus highlighting their attention to the ad:

Doing this can sometimes double or triple your CTR which means you can hold a much higher position at a fraction of the price. This means that if we still convert at 4% on the keyword we can pull in the same amount of traffic at half the price thus doubling our ROI.
Conclusion
Keyword Flipping is a quick & easy way to find out & isolate your highest performing & highest traffic keywords then refine them further without wasting time optimising keywords that won't perform."
Final thoughts, I strongly believe that keyword flipping technique will definitely help you to increase your CTR dramatically. However, I would also recommend you to focus on your return on investment (ROI) and conversion rate by optimizing your landing page for highly targeted and converted keywords. You should create very specific landing pages for those highly targeted and converted keywords for maximizing your profits online. With the keyword flipping and proper landing page optimization, you are in the great position to beat google adwords and maximize your adwords profits.
